      7 th week of teaching practice             (27/11/2023 - 30/11/2023)  Achievement Test (27/11/2023) Today (27 th), i conduct achievement test in my class 8N. As a teacher trainee, we are supposed to conduct a test called achievement test to students. I conducted a test for 25 marks. The test included the chapters which was taught by me. The questions were displayed on the screen and I gave them 45 minutes to complete it. They all done well in the exam. The next day itself I gave them the corrected answer sheets. 6th Week of Teaching Practice (20/11/2023 - 24/11/2023) Innovative Lp class(20/11/2023) My Innovative  Lp is based on the chapter construction of quadrilaterals. I give this model to identify the quadrilateral shapes. After that i call each student to come forward and observe it and say the properties of each shapes. Students were did it well and they enjoyed a lot.  Finding geometrical shapes from nature.    They were observing it and identifying the shapes and their properties. In my class 8 N(23/11/2023) T oday i teach about the shape trapezium. I use concept attainment model to teach it.  I shows the yes examples and No examples on the ICT. They enjoys this method of teaching.  They formulate the properties of the trapezium from yes examples and no examples. 

4th Week of Teaching Practice (13/11/2023 - 17/11/2023 ) INNOVATIVE  work-8 N (14/11/2023) Innovative work is based on the topic creativity in geometry. Here introduced about the shapes and their properties and real life examples. Students were interested in doing these activities.....  First i introduce the geometrical shapes and then explains the reail life examples then introduce their properties... Later introduce the three dimensional shapes and their properties With my students  Today 14 th, i got a substitution duty in my class 8 N. So i talk with them a lot. It is the very first time i get lot of time to spend with them. I gave word games to them. They enjoyed it a lot....... I can  very much stress less, happy faces there... They really want free hours to  enjoy.....   

Week 4 (06/11/2023 - 10/11/2023) Yoga classes :with 8 A students   As a teacher trainee, we have to teach students yoga. Today Jiji sir came to school to observe our yoga sessions. I got some students to teach yoga, so first I gave them an introduction to yoga and it's importance. After the introduction, I gave them the instructions to do warm up and I showed them the asana - pranayama. I asked them to repeat after me for 7 times. Then I made them do some minor games too. Observation day of Deepthi ma'am(09/11/2023) Today Deepthi ma'am came for my optional observation. I got good comments from maam. Method of teaching was activity oriented method. 

 Week 3 (30/10/2023 - 4/11/2023)  Against Drugs :street play (29/10/2023) Today something interesting happened in the school. Some kind of resistance movement was happening from Kasargod to Trivandrum. The ending was happened here in St. Mary's school. So as part of the valedictory function, teachers from different school did a street play portraying the dilemmas faced by teachers from different perspectives. It was a very relevant and heart touching play. Title: "The Dangers of Drugs" Scene 1: - The play opens with a group of students studying together. - One of them, Rohan, suggests trying drugs for fun. - His friends are hesitant, but Rohan convinces them to try. Scene 2: - The friends start using drugs and initially enjoy the feeling. - But soon, they become addicted and start neglecting their studies. - They begin to steal money from their parents to buy drugs.       2nd Week of Teaching Practice            (09/10//2023 - 13/10/2023)    Conscentization programme based on the topic stress management   As part of our BEd curriculum, we have to do a conscientization programme to students. We a team of two decided to take the awareness program C on the topic stress management . We prepared ppt and divided the portions equally for presentation. We took the session in 8th std. 1st Week of Teaching Practice (03/10/2023 - 06/10/2023) ST MARRY'S DAIRIES  Today i reached the school at 8.30 am.... It was a new begging..... As a student teacher, i know its very much important for my whole life. Teaching practice is a crucial aspect of teacher training, allowing student teachers to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world classrooms. It provides an opportunity to develop essential skills, such as lesson planning, classroom management, and communication. During teaching practice, student teachers work alongside experienced educators, receiving guidance and feedback to enhance their teaching abilities.
