Yoga classes :with 8 A students 



 As a teacher trainee, we have to teach students yoga. Today Jiji sir came to school to observe our yoga sessions. I got some students to teach yoga, so first I gave them an introduction to yoga and it's importance. After the introduction, I gave them the instructions to do warm up and I showed them the asana - pranayama. I asked them to repeat after me for 7 times. Then I made them do some minor games too.

Today Deepthi ma'am came for my optional observation.
I got good comments from maam. Method of teaching was activity oriented method.
